Five personalized learning builds · Peninsula · Grades 1–5

Eight weeks to build a better way to learn.

As curriculum becomes more complex, missing foundational skills can make each new target harder to acquire. MEGedu finds the skills underneath the struggle, teaches them directly, and connects them to what your child is learning at school right now.

01 Identify the real problem

The visible struggle is often not the starting point.

A child may appear to be struggling with this week’s lesson, but the barrier may sit several layers below it. As schoolwork grows in complexity, small gaps in foundational skills create more friction, slower skill acquisition, and greater dependence on adult help.

MEGedu works downward to find the missing component skill, then builds upward until the child can use it within current classroom work.

What you see

Current school target feels too hard

New reading, writing, or math work breaks down.

What is happening

New skills have nowhere stable to attach

Too much effort goes into component steps.

Where MEGedu begins

Strengthen the missing foundation

Build accuracy, fluency, strategy use, and independence.

Foundations filledCurrent curriculum becomes more accessibleSuccess is easier to maintain independently
02 The living learning model

Built around the child and the curriculum

One model. Updated every week.

MEGedu does not hand your child a fixed packet. The model connects current school targets to the foundational skills underneath them, then changes as the curriculum and the evidence change.

Actual target and instructional methods from NinjaDojo. These stages describe the learning process, not a fixed timetable or an individual child’s results. New school targets enter the model as the curriculum changes.

The natural science of learning

Powerful methods. Observable results. Independence that lasts.

MEGedu uses established principles from behavior analysis to determine what to teach, how much support to provide, and when that support can be removed. The first working application teaches Mandarin targets, but the framework can be applied across reading, writing, mathematics, language, and other clearly defined academic skills.

01

Backward chaining

Break a complex skill into teachable parts and transfer responsibility step by step until the child performs the complete skill independently.

02

Expanded-trial instruction

Begin with concentrated, successful practice, then expand the delay, difficulty, and context as accuracy becomes more stable.

03

Systematic error correction

Respond to an error with precise teaching, then give the child a new opportunity to demonstrate the skill independently.

04

Self-evaluation

Teach the child to compare their response with a clear model, notice what changed, and take an active role in improving performance.

Not a trend. A testable teaching process.

MEGedu does not adopt a method simply because it is popular. Skills are defined clearly, performance is measured directly, support is faded deliberately, and learning is checked again as the curriculum becomes more complex.

03 Eight weeks by design

Eight weeks to build. An option to keep learning.

During eight weeks, MEGedu evaluates your child’s needs, develops their personalized learning app, and refines the teaching approach using their responses. The intensive evaluation and personalized development phase ends after eight weeks.

Continue using your child’s app through an optional paid subscription, including automatic curriculum updates and app maintenance.
Week 1

Baseline

Review family concerns, current school targets, and focused skill measures.

Evidence begins.
Weeks 2–3

Build

Select teaching methods and construct the first personalized learning sequence.

Methods are tested.
Weeks 4–6

Adapt

Update the model with weekly curriculum changes and measured response.

Growth is checked.
Weeks 7–8

Transfer

Fade support, strengthen independence, and complete the personalized app build.

The intensive build concludes.
Eight-week outcomeA clearer foundation, a tested method, and a practical path forward.

Optional in-home implementation

Add a MEGedu Learning Guide.

A Learning Guide can come to your Peninsula home to carry out the weekly plan. The guide follows the method, records what happens, and gives MEGedu the evidence needed to make the next update.

Learning Guide matching is subject to location, scheduling, and availability.

Money-back guarantee

If your child’s agreed-upon test scores do not improve after six weeks, we will refund every core-program payment you have made.

We establish the baseline measure and success metric at the beginning, then use the same or a comparable measure at the six-week review. The guarantee applies when scheduled sessions and agreed practice are completed. Optional Learning Guide fees are separate.

05 A focused first cohort

Small by design.

Only five children can enter this build so each model can receive close founder attention, weekly curriculum updates, and thoughtful review of the evidence.

Good fit

Your child is in grades 1–5 and current reading, writing, or math work is exposing a persistent skill gap.

Good fit

Your family can commit to the full eight weeks and complete the agreed practice needed to test the model.

Right goal

You want a focused eight-week build that increases independence, with the option to keep using the personalized app afterward.

Important

MEGedu provides educational support, not a clinical diagnosis or special-education eligibility evaluation.
