5 founding family places · Peninsula · Grades 1–5

A learning model built for your child.

When a child is stuck, more of the same is rarely the answer. MEG spends eight weeks identifying what is getting in the way, testing what helps, and building a personalized path across reading, writing, or math.

Founding enrollment closes October 31, 2026 or when all five places are filled.

01 The idea

Your child is not a worksheet problem.

Traditional tutoring often starts with a subject and adds more practice. MEG starts with the child: where the process breaks down, how they respond to different explanations, and which sequence helps learning begin to move.

The result is a living learning model—designed personally for your child and refined through real evidence over eight weeks.

02 The eight-week build

Observe. Build. Test. Refine.

This is not eight weeks of ordinary tutoring. It is a structured process for understanding how your child learns and turning that understanding into a personalized system.

Weeks 1–2

Listen + assess

We begin with your concerns, your child’s experience, and a focused skills review conducted personally by MEG’s founder.

Weeks 2–3

Build the model

We identify priority targets, select teaching methods, and design the first version of your child’s learning sequence.

Weeks 3–7

Test + adjust

Your child works through the plan. We study the response, make changes, and learn which supports genuinely help.

Week 8

Continue digitally

Your child’s MEG learning experience is configured with tailored practice, new lessons, and progress tracking.

Optional in-home implementation

Add a MEG Learning Guide.

A Learning Guide can come to your Peninsula home to put the model into practice. The guide follows the plan, records what happens, and gives MEG the evidence needed to improve it.

Learning Guide matching is subject to location, scheduling, and availability.

04 A thoughtful first cohort

Small by design.

The founding cohort is intentionally limited so every learning model receives close attention. MEG is beginning with children in grades 1–5 who need a more tailored approach in reading, writing, or math.

Good fit

Your child is stuck, frustrated, or not responding to the current approach—and you want to understand why.

Good fit

You are willing to participate consistently for eight weeks and share candid feedback about what is working.

Important

MEG provides educational support, not a clinical diagnosis or a special-education eligibility evaluation.

Educator · Behavior analyst

Meghan O’Reilly-Green

MEG was founded by an educator and behavior analyst with 20 years of experience in early childhood education and development.

Meghan’s work brings together evidence-based teaching, careful observation, and individualized program design. She completed graduate study in behavior analysis at Caldwell University and has served families, young learners, and public-school communities.

As PTO President for a public alternative Mandarin immersion program, Meghan helped steward approximately $150,000 in community donations and supported a cooperative education model. Her approach emphasizes social-emotional development, confidence, self-efficacy, and instructional decisions grounded in how an individual child responds.
